• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

5.4 Delivery Responsibilities

Once your package is delivered to the address you provided, responsibility for the product transfers to you. Please inspect your delivery promptly and report any issues within 48 hours.

2. Wait for return authorization and instructions
